National Parkinson Foundation Centre of Excellence. The NPF has named Derby Parkinson's Team with the University of Nottingham a centre of excellence, one of only two such centres in the UK.

Derby Hospitals Team of the Year 2011. The Parkinson's Team won the Derby Hospitals Team of the year award. The winning team was chosen by the chairman of the Trust Board and was commended for its committment to high quality clinical care
